Rob Adams is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in technology and security. Known for his ability to drive growth, Rob excels at identifying strategic opportunities and leveraging emerging technologies to build high-performing teams that deliver lasting value.
His career spans multiple industries, including IoT, M2M, Connected Cars, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Government Services. With a global perspective and expertise in navigating complex markets, Rob has played a key role in transforming industries like Connected Car and IoT.
A dynamic communicator and relationship builder, Rob fosters trust with stakeholders across the globe. His passion for innovation and talent development fuels his commitment to creating impactful change and cultivating thriving corporate cultures.

Daniel Neal
Vice Chairman, Co-Founder
Daniel J. W. Neal is the Executive Chairman & Founder of Kajeet®. An innovator and forward-thinking leader, he is a named Inventor on 36 U.S. patents in the fields of wireless technology and systems and is widely recognized for pioneering many industry-firsts within these sectors.
Before launching Kajeet, Neal served as CEO and vice chairman of VCampus Corporation (Nasdaq: VCMP), which pioneered the delivery of SaaS e-learning applications for students and employees at universities, Fortune 100 enterprises and Federal government agencies. Prior to VCampus, he was part of the team that built USinternetworking (Nasdaq: USIX), where he conceived, launched and led the company’s AppHost™ division, one of the first businesses in the world to provide a SaaS-enablement platform for independent software vendors (ISVs). USinternetworking had a successful IPO and secondary offering, and was subsequently acquired by AT&T. Before that, he forged international commercial relationships with telecom carriers in Latin America, Asia and the Middle East for the delivery of advanced communications and pioneering internet technologies and services at Sprint Corporation (NYSE: S) and Global One Communications, Sprint’s joint venture with France Télécom (NYSE: ORAN) and Deutsche Telekom (FWB: DTE).
Ben Weintraub
Board Member, CEO, and Co-Founder
Ben Weintraub is a visionary engineer with two decades of experience founding, managing and growing Kajeet®, a leading IoT connectivity services provider for the public sector, enterprise, and private network industries. Appointed CEO in 2023, his entrepreneurial leadership and proven track record in IoT innovation continues to change the technology landscape.
Earning a bachelor’s and master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and serving six years in the U.S. Navy working in the nuclear surface ship propulsion program, Weintraub earned a reputation for his leadership and ability to solve complex problems.
Under Weintraub’s guidance, Kajeet has expanded its portfolio to offer advanced wireless solutions in IoT. His leadership has also led to numerous technological innovations across Kajeet’s product portfolio that includes Sentinel®, the flagship IoT management platform. Additionally, he is a named inventor on 36 United States patents ranging from telecommunications, security, and data analytics innovations.
Weintraub’s expertise in wireless technology and systems began in 1997 when he started Simply Wireless, one of the largest authorized wireless retailers in the nation. He founded Kajeet in 2003, and two decades later remains a highly respected and influential figure in the tech industry.
Outside of Kajeet, Weintraub enjoys spending time with his three kids, backpacking, and flying.

Ben Weintraub

Guy Abramovitz
Chief Financial Officer
Guy Abramovitz is the chief financial officer of Kajeet and is responsible for finance, accounting, and human resources.
Before joining Kajeet, Abramovitz most recently held leadership roles for two software companies and a veterinary hospital consolidator. Prior to that, Abramovitz was the fractional and part-time CFO for a variety of businesses, and also worked as a transactional advisory services professional for multinational accounting and consulting firms.
Abramovitz holds a BBA in accounting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business Honors Program, and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Guy is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
Abramovitz lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and is an avid Tottenham Hotspur fan who enjoys spending his time cooking and traveling with his family.
Greg Jones
Chief Technology Officer
Greg Jones is the chief technology officer at Kajeet®. In this role, he is responsible for technology strategy, product development and innovation.
Before joining Kajeet in 2020, Jones held executive leadership roles and led digital transformation efforts at Kforce, an award-winning solutions firm, and Laureate International Universities, the largest international network of degree granting higher education institutions. Prior, he served as chief technology officer at Inovalon, a leading provider of cloud-based platforms empowering data-driven healthcare, where he led all aspects of product development and IT operations. Before that, Jones served as CIO of the 4G division at Sprint Nextel, where he spearheaded the launch of the nation’s first commercial 4G service.
Landon Garner
Chief Marketing Officer
Landon Garner is chief marketing officer at Kajeet®. In this role, he is responsible for driving Kajeet’s growth strategies, brand positioning and increasing the company’s presence.
Prior to joining Kajeet, Garner served for over four years as the senior vice president and chief marketing officer at KORE, a publicly traded company focused on delivering IoT services and solutions. Before that, he held chief marketing officer roles at Taoglas, a leading enabler of digital transformation using IoT, and Ingenu, an IoT network provider that enables long-range, low-power connectivity for IoT.
Zack Kowalski
Chief Revenue Officer
Zack Kowalski is chief revenue officer at Kajeet®. In this role, he is responsible for all revenue-related functions, including sales and business development.
Since joining Kajeet in 2012, Kowalski has held a number of critical roles at the company. Most recently, he served as the vice president and general manager of the enterprise division, overseeing sales, product strategy, carrier relationships, and sales engineering. Prior, he was vice president of customer operations, working closely with our internal teams and nationwide carriers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Before Kajeet, Kowalski was the logistics manager for Bumkins Finer Baby Products, a manufacturer of high-end baby products. He also served three years as a search and rescue commander in Israel’s Defense Forces.
Kowalski earned his BBA in business management from Northern Arizona University. He likes to spend his free time soaking up the beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona weather with his wife and two children.
Derrick Frost
SVP, Operations and GM, Private Networks
Derrick Frost is senior vice president of operations and general manager of Private Wireless at Kajeet®. He is responsible for leading Kajeet’s network engineering and operations, cloud & systems management, NOC, customer support, project management and IT. Additionally, Frost serves as the overall general manager of Kajeet’s Private Wireless line of business. Frost has overseen operations and management for Kajeet’s Comcast Xfinity Mobile MVNO implementation, as well as the Charter Spectrum Mobile MVNO launch.
Frost brings 25 years of corporate executive experience in the areas of new business development, advanced technology development and implementation, large-scale operations management, project management, product engineering and sales. Prior to Kajeet, Frost was senior vice president of IT and cloud solutions for Ericsson. There, he was responsible for sales, services and support of Ericsson’s OSS/BSS, EPC and cloud solutions to cable operators in North America. He also served as senior vice president and general manager of global IP video solutions for Alcatel-Lucent and as the founder and CEO of Internet video company Invision TV. Frost spent over 11 years in the cable industry, last serving as senior vice president of broadband operations and engineering at Time Warner Cable, where he oversaw all technology operations for Time Warner’s J.D. Power award-winning high-speed ISP Road Runner. Frost has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland.
Darrell Miller
VP, Customer Operations
Darrell Miller is the vice president of customer operations at Kajeet®. He is responsible for leading client onboarding and logistics, as well as managing the Kajeet service desk and Tier 1 customer care.
With over 30 years in Telcom, Miller brings a wealth of experience in maintaining and supporting wireline and wireless networks. Prior to joining Kajeet, Miller led planning and operations at Sprint/Nextel and service management at Nextel International to build out and support domestic and international markets.
Miller served in the United States Air Force and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in electrical engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Molly Sim
VP, Product Delivery
Molly Sim is the vice president of product delivery at Kajeet®. In this role, she is responsible for the delivery of software that enhances the Kajeet product portfolio. Sim has been with Kajeet since its first product launch in 2006, and her past roles at the company have included program management, MVNO customer launch, customer support, and carrier management.
Sim brings over 25 years of experience in the wireless and telecommunications industry to Kajeet. Earlier in her career, Sim worked at XM Satellite Radio in Customer Care Operations and at MCI/WorldCom as a manager of MVNO operations and project management.
Sim earned her B.A in Computer Information Science from Elon University in North Carolina. She enjoys hiking, throwing pottery and spending time with her family.
Scott Langley
VP, Enterprise Sales
Scott Langley is vice president of enterprise sales at Kajeet®. In this role, he is responsible for business development and account management for all enterprise segments in all geographic markets.
Langley brings over 23 years of sales experience within the telecommunications and mobility solutions space, including enterprise, IoT, small business, retail, public safety and federal markets. Prior to Kajeet, he worked at Cradlepoint (part of Ericsson) developing a federal channel practice across the Department of Defense and federal civilian markets nationwide. In his 22 years at Verizon, he held multiple executive roles spanning from director of enterprise sales, public sector, and store channel to data.
Langley is experienced in building and transforming organizations into high-performing teams and building a strong culture in a high integrity environment. He is a graduate of Bellevue University with certifications at Cornell (business strategy) and Rutgers (cybersecurity) Universities. Langley is a 20 year veteran of the U.S. Army / U.S. Army National Guard with deployment to Iraq (2005) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom III.
Jamaal Smith
VP of Sales and Business Development, Private Networks
Jamaal Smith is the vice president of sales and business development for private networks at Kajeet®. In his role, he is responsible for leading the sales and business development activity for the company’s private wireless networks business.
Smith brings over 25 years of sales experience within the telecommunications and wireless infrastructure industries, including public sector, IoT, and the federal market. Prior to Kajeet, he worked at Geoverse as vice president of sales for the eastern region. He also spent 18 years at Verizon, where he held multiple leadership roles, including area vice president of federal sales, managing director of sales for wholesale, and director of business sales.
Smith is an experienced leader that has built and transformed sales organizations into high-performing teams with a focus on customer solutions.
Esteban Ibarra
VP, Channel Sales
Esteban Ibarra is vice president of channel sales at Kajeet®. In this role, he is responsible for leading our direct and indirect channel sales and business development strategy.
With over 20 years’ experience in IoT solution sales, Ibarra brings a deep technology-driven expertise focused on value-add enterprise solutions to his work at Kajeet. Prior, Ibarra served as the senior vice president of IoT solution sales at KORE, a publicly traded company focused on delivering IoT services and solutions. He has also held sales leadership positions with both startups and established global corporates, including Ingenu, Siemens, Acyclica (Teledyne), and Johnson Controls.
David Pinto
VP and Head of Engineering
David Pinto is vice president and head of engineering at Kajeet®. In this role, he is responsible for Kajeet’s engineering strategy, architecture and software development process. Pinto has over 25 years of experience in wireless communications technology and is a named inventor on several U.S. patents in this field.
Before joining Kajeet in 2009, Pinto held several senior leadership positions at Amdocs, a world leader in the telecoms industry. There, he managed large software development projects and data center operations for 1st tier telecom carriers until he got infected by the entrepreneurial bug and founded a startup company, fusing social media with location-based services.
When he is not working on the Next Great Thing at Kajeet, you’ll find him spending time with his family, at the gym, or racing his car in one of the area’s race tracks.
